In the cyclic door test for PAS23-1 the door has to operate normally after the completion of 50,000 opening-closing cycles including the operation of all the locking hardware, the complete sequence is:
- Close the door to activate the latch.
- Lift the handle to activate the "shoot bolts".
- Turn the key to lock the door.
- Turn the key to unlock the door.
- Turn the handle to open the latch.
- Open the door by approximately 90°

How much air is blown into a condom?
A: Depending on the size and strength of the condom. It has to exceed 18 litres of air but would normally burst at between 40 - 50 litres of air.
