A: 50,000 times - open/close/unlock In the cyclic door test for PAS23-1 the door has to operate normally after the completion of 50,000 opening-closing cycles including the operation of all the locking hardware, the complete sequence is:

  1. Close the door to activate the latch.
  2. Lift the handle to activate the "shoot bolts".
  3. Turn the key to lock the door.
  4. Turn the key to unlock the door.
  5. Turn the handle to open the latch.
  6. Open the door by approximately 90°

How much air is blown into a condom?
A: Depending on the size and strength of the condom. It has to exceed 18 litres of air but would normally burst at between 40 - 50 litres of air.
